Meet Nood,

Nood was quite the project. It was a short-term freelance engagement focused on a Halloween campaign. My role was to develop a campaign that started off feeling “normal” and gradually, subtly transitioned into the Halloween spirit.

Their emails were already generating strong sales but lacked engagement. To solve this, I shifted the strategy to actively involve customers in the emails. I sourced top comments from Facebook, featured them in our campaigns, and responded directly. This dramatically increased engagement—so much so that customers began interacting more just for the chance to be featured.
